Training and Development

A close relationship to our employees is something that is hugely important to CH&Co and helping people build successful careers is something that is a key aim for us as a business. In order to develop our people we need them to truly buy into the culture of the business. In turn the company works hard to understand each individual’s needs and motivations to be able to offer support through targeted training. We have industry leading training and development programmes within CH&Co which help us to achieve this.

New starters are introduced to the business and our values through the Passport to Success Induction programme. Ongoing support is provided through the Discover programme and annual appraisals and job chats to ensure careers progress and stay on course.

To champion talent and fast track careers some ground breaking learning and development initiatives are implemented across the business including a futures club to develop the business leaders of tomorrow.
